Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription-Based Services:

All services offered by 4Healths (Four Health Holdings Pvt Ltd) through its mobile application Ooo are subscription-based. By subscribing, users agree to the terms set for the respective subscription plan.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their app dashboard under the account settings section.
  • Cancellation requests made before the renewal date will stop the next billing cycle.
  • Once cancelled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated.
  • No cancellations will be entertained for services already billed for the current cycle.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Due to the nature of digital services, 4Healths does not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and access has been granted.
  • Refunds will not be issued for unused periods, partial usage, or unused features within an active subscription.
  • In case of a technical issue or payment error where the user is wrongly charged or not provided access after payment, users can write to info@4healths.com within 7 days of the transaction. Such cases will be reviewed and if found valid, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Exceptions:

  • Any exceptions to this policy will be handled at the sole discretion of 4Healths.
  • In cases where local laws mandate a refund or cancellation right, those regulations will apply.

5. Disputes:

  • In case of a dispute regarding payment or access to the service, users are encouraged to reach out to our support team first.
  • If not resolved, the matter shall be governed by the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions and governed under applicable Indian laws.
