4Healths (Four Health Holdings Pvt Ltd), through its proprietary mobile application Ooo, offers a subscription-based service that helps users manage insurance, healthcare, diagnostic reports, prescriptions and wellness-related services all in one platform.

Users can subscribe to the Ooo App service through monthly or annual payment options, depending on the subscription plans available at the time of registration.

Accepted Payment Methods: Users can pay for their subscription using the following methods:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
• Debit Cards
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Wallet Payments

All transactions are processed through secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways to ensure user data security.

Payment Terms:

• The subscription fee will be charged based on the selected plan and duration.
• All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless specified otherwise.
• Subscription is valid only after successful payment confirmation.
• Subscription renewals will be auto-debited as per the selected plan unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Invoice & Confirmation:

• Upon successful payment, users will receive a digital invoice via email and in-app confirmation.
• Subscription details, including start and end dates, can be accessed from the user’s dashboard in the app.

Failed Transactions & Payment Issues:

• In case of a failed payment or transaction error, no amount will be deducted from the user’s account.
• If the amount is debited but the subscription is not activated, users can contact customer support at info@4healths.com for resolution.
